What sets the price
- Plan set size. The number of sheets and how complete the drawings are.
- Scope. One trade, several trades or the whole building.
- Pricing method. Prevailing wage and union jobs take more labor-rate detail.
- Deadline. Same-day work is available for a rush fee when our schedule allows.
